The first call is not a sales call. It is a working conversation. We will ask what is actually happening on your team. You will ask whatever you want about how we work. Some first conversations lead to an engagement. Some lead to us pointing you to someone else who is a better fit. Some end with the clarity that you do not need outside help at all. All three are good outcomes.
If we do move forward, the next step is a short scoping phase where we spend time with you and your leadership team to understand what is actually going on, what has already been tried, and what a useful engagement would look like.
